BENAMOR GOLF CLUBUndulating course with a number of blind shots and well bunkered greens. Some water hazards and a number of doglegs, although the newness of the course means that trees and rough are not established enough to punish wayward shots. Excellent greens that will catch a crisply hit pitch shot but fast so demanding touch with the putter. An enjoyable course that can only improve each year if not overplayed. Great views of the mountains or the sea from most holes. |
The high handicapper will benefit from the bare scrub beyond the first cut of rough but may find wind a challenge on this open course. The generally wide fairways and some elevated tees will encourage a confident tee shot but good position is vital when approaching the fast greens and their bunkers.

10th - the elevated tee of this par 3 demands an accurate shot of 160 yards onto a green protected by two ponds in front, a hill to the right and a left slope into a water hazard. Can play as much as a 5 wood with the wind against.
13th - a good drive from the elevated tee of this 300 yard par four will clear the low wall that crosses the fairway at 200 yards to leave a short pitch shot onto the undulating green.
