Tim Brooke-Taylor's Golf Clubs on Home & Leisure (Sky digital channel 133) is leisurely viewing. Tim Brooke-Taylor's awareness of his modest abilities is quite disarming and he encourages tips and guidance from the golf pro's he plays with. The obvious talent and patience of the pro's is a reminder to us all of the need to respect our fellow golfers. Nothing groundbreaking but it makes the episodes watchable.
It is good to see a mixture of typical golf courses and a few famous clubs like Stoke. In each case the video coverage is limited to three or four holes, presumably those that are most attractive or historically interesting. The camerawork is good, not too elaborate and effectively captures the player's view from the tee or fairway.
In summary, this is a good time filler but not worth planning your viewing around.
